10 EASY EXERCISES TO RELIEVE TIRED EYES
Do it clockwise for 5 times and then the other direction for another 5 times, repeat 3 of these cycles
2. EYE FLEXIN
Sit on a chair look straight , then eyes up and down with out changing your position, do 10 repetitions
3. EYE PRESSURING
Sit on a chair and closed your eyes and apply pressure through index finger for 10 seconds, do 10 repetitions . be careful while performing this exercise.
4. EYE BLINKING
Sitting in front of blank wall do eye blinking for 30 seconds
5. SIDEWAYS GLANCING
Sit on a chair or standing in a position , look left side and keep your eyes in that position for 3 seconds. then look right side and keep your eyes in that position for 3 seconds , repeat this whole set for 10 times
6.EYE BOUNCING
Look up and down quickly as you can, then take a 5 seconds break, repeat this set for 10 times.
7.EYE MASSAGE
Use your index finger and middle finger and gently rub your eyes in circular motion in clockwise and counter clock wise direction.
8.EYE PALMING
Rub your hands and heat it up apply warm hands on eyes. and then take deep and steady breath and relax, to achieve best possible results do this whole set for 10 times.
9. MOVING PENCIL
Keep your head straight, take a pencil to right hand move the pencil back and forth left and right while focusing the picture of the pencil.
10. THE 20 20 20 EXERCISE
Break every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
