 TODAY I'M GOING TO TELL YOU ABOUT NINE THINGS THAT YOU SHOULDN'T DO ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. 

1. TAKING ANTI INFLAMMATORY DRUGS

  • Like ASPIRIN, PARACETAMOL if you taking on empty stomach can cause gastric bleeding, and Gastritis, but if you have no option MILK can lower the negative effect of anti inflammatory drugs. if it's unavailable use some lot of water with it.
2. Drinking Coffee

Well who didn't drink cup of coffee in the morning and skip the breakfast tell you what,  that 's a terrible idea, I will tell you why?. Remember even decaffeinated coffee will stimulate the production of stomach acid might cause lot of digestive issues and you may not get the desired effect from coffee will lead to Serotonin deficiency and causing gloomy face.

SO WHAT'S THE SOLUTION THEN?
Try to drink Coffee with milk or cream , so fat of milk or cream have    capability to reduce the negative effect of coffee. Also try choosing natural coffee over freeze dried.

3. DRINKING ALCOHOL

Basically alcohol absorption rate compare with out eating vs with eating is twice as fast. In addition to that there are some bad consequences for your liver, kidney, heart also

4. CHEWING GUM 

When you eating foods usually stomach linning produce HCL , when stomach is in empty it will leads to Gastritis, Overindulgence with gum is a sure way to develop Gastritis.
Don't chew the gum for more than 10 minutes, Even in full stomach that can produce nasty things to your stomach.

5. GOING TO YOUR BED

When you are going to bed without proper sleeping, it will induce sleep deprivation, causing waking up early and induce starving hormones .then what's best solution?

Drink  diary products, It's contain MAGNESIUM, ZINC that will reduce gastrointestinal upset.

6. INTENSE TRAINING

Intense training that will induce muscle loss and fat loss, Intense training actually induce gastric acid causing gastritis so better to avoid empty stomach before intense training, so solution is simply before intense training at least drink dairy products like milk or milk containing 

products.

7. SHOPPING

When you are going shopping on empty stomach, you tends to buy foods and including unnecessary stuff that will cost more expenses rather than you expected, better to avoid shopping when you are on empty stomach. Scientific proof there you tends to waste money than normal.
8. DRINKING CITRUS JUICE

Citric acid has ability to induce gastric acid secretion and leads to harming the stomach epithelium that causing gastritis. So when you drinking citrus juice better to dilute with water 1;1 ratio.
9.  ARGUING

Scientific proof that hunger makes far less compose, reason is easy because to compose on something you need to have better self control, for self control requires  energy so body can't supply required amount of energy when you are on empty stomach.so better to avoid deep discussions when you are on empty stomach oh grab something warm to eat before any discussion.
