Acidic fruits can can exacerbate symptoms of GERD , and cause increased reflux

Consumption of non citrus fruits may be better for patients with GERD,

CAFFEINE

Caffeine can worsen symptoms of acid reflux by causing by causing relaxation of lower esophageal sphincter.

CHOCOLATE
